Mental Health
Compassionate, confidential primary care for anxiety, depression, ADHD, sleep, stress, and emotional well-being.
Mental health is an important part of whole-person health. Anxiety, depression, ADHD, sleep difficulties, grief, burnout, and major life changes can affect your physical health, relationships, work, school, and daily life.
At North Core Medical, we provide a private, supportive space to discuss your concerns. We take time to understand your symptoms, health history, lifestyle, and goals so we can develop a thoughtful, individualized care plan.

What we help with
- Anxiety, stress, and excessive worry
- Depression evaluation and management
- ADHD screening, evaluation, and ongoing management when appropriate
- Sleep difficulties, burnout, grief, and life transitions
- Medication evaluation, management, and follow-up
- Coordination with counseling, psychological testing, or psychiatric care
Our approach
Mental health concerns deserve to be heard, not rushed, minimized, or dismissed.
We consider the complete picture, including physical health, sleep, medications, stressors, lifestyle, and personal goals. For ADHD concerns, we review symptoms, childhood history, daily functioning, mood, sleep, and other conditions that may affect attention or concentration.
Your plan may include lifestyle changes, sleep support, behavioral strategies, therapy referrals, medication when clinically appropriate, and regular follow-up. More complex concerns may require psychological testing or specialized psychiatric care, and we will help coordinate the appropriate referral.
North Core Medical does not provide emergency or crisis psychiatric services. If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts, feel unsafe, or are facing a mental health crisis, call or text 988. If there is immediate danger, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
