Telehealth
Convenient, personalized virtual care with a physician who already knows you and your health history.
Not every healthcare need requires a trip to the office. Telehealth offers a convenient way to connect with your physician for many routine concerns, follow-up visits, medication discussions, test-result reviews, and ongoing care needs.
At North Core Medical, telehealth is an extension of your relationship with your physician, not a separate call center or an appointment with a random provider. You receive thoughtful, physician-led care from someone who understands your medical history, medications, goals, and treatment plan.

What we help with
- Routine follow-up visits
- Lab and imaging result reviews
- Medication adjustments and monitoring
- Weight, hormone, and mental health follow-up
- Chronic disease and minor acute concerns
- Care planning, referrals, and specialist coordination
Our approach
Telehealth should make healthcare easier, not less personal.
Some concerns require a physical examination, vital signs, laboratory testing, imaging, or an urgent in-person evaluation. Telehealth may not be appropriate for severe symptoms, medical emergencies, or conditions that cannot be adequately assessed virtually. When an office visit or a higher level of care is needed, we will explain why and help guide you toward the appropriate next step.
Virtual appointments are designed to provide the same attentive, relationship-based care you receive in the office. You will have time to discuss your concerns, ask questions, review your results, and understand the next steps in your care.
By combining telehealth with in-person visits when needed, we make it easier to stay connected, maintain continuity, and receive timely care that fits your life.
